Alex has spent over 15 years in the CTSO community, first as a competitor and state officer, then as a partner helping organizations modernize their operations.

A seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur, Alex has spent over 10 years in the technology space working with public and private sector organizations to build and scale software solutions to improve people, processes, and technology. He has deep experience in secure software and cloud development, information security risk management, go-to-market operations, and program management.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University in Security and Risk Analysis with a minor in Digital Entrepreneurship & Innovation. In addition to his work at CTSO Central, Alex participates heavily in Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology alumni society activities, enjoys traveling, and volunteering with CTSOs across the country.

Frank is a retired U.S. Navy Commander and carrier aviator with over 30 years in operations, performance improvement, training, and leadership development. 

He is an expert in organizational and individual development, with decades of experience developing teams that deliver excellence in the most demanding of environments. Frank has worked with large, multi-national corporations across the globe, working with everyone from the front line workforce to executive leaders, in order to connect strategy to actions that deliver measurable results.

Frank holds a Bachelor's in Physics, a Masters in Engineering Management, and a Masters in National Security with distinction from the U.S. Naval War College. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Navy's Tench-Francis School of Business. In addition to his work at CTSO Central, he enjoys spending time with his family, model airplanes, and more recently, HAM radio.

Bianca is an operations leader who helps organizations connect security, compliance, and business outcomes. She has an extensive track record partnering with cloud service providers and led major enterprise technology and cybersecurity implementations for Fortune 100 clients. 

She consistently looks for ways to improve operations through technology and is currently helping clients scale their security programs with AI-native SOC and MDR capabilities.

Bianca holds an Honors BA from Xavier University and a Master of Public Health from the University of South Florida. She also completed her postgraduate fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Enterprise IT Portfolio office, where she built a strong foundation in program governance and PMO excellence. Based in Kansas City, Bianca enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is a foster parent to children in the Kansas community.
