Encrypted from end to end
Every connection to CTSO Central is encrypted with the same standards banks use. Your data is encrypted when it travels and when it is stored, and encryption keys are rotated automatically.
Protected at the edge
Every request passes through Cloudflare and advanced protection features before it reaches our servers. Automated protections block attacks, bots, and abusive traffic so your team never has to think about it.
Only the right people see your data
Permissions follow your org chart. A chapter admin at one school can never see another chapter's records, and you can create custom roles to match exactly how your organization works.

Multiple ways to keep accounts safe
Your team can sign in with passwords, passkeys, or multi-factor authentication. Choose what works for your organization, and we will handle the rest.
Passkeys
Sign in with a fingerprint or face scan. No password to remember, no code to type, nothing for an attacker to steal.
Multi-factor authentication
Add a second step to sign-in with an authenticator app. Even if a password is compromised, your account stays protected.
Automatic lockout
Too many failed sign-in attempts? The account locks automatically. Password guessing is stopped before it starts.
Smart sessions
Sessions expire after inactivity, and suspicious activity is flagged and shut down automatically.
